Revolutionary results

MCU-Coatings technologies have been extensively tested and evaluated in accredited laboratories in Europe and around the world. Interestingly, every one of those laboratory tests (most of which have been in accordance with Norsok and Shell testing standards) have shown that MCU’s coatings systems outperform all other traditional coatings.

Numerous laboratory tests have also been carried out on our individual products.

Most of our protective coatings having survived in excess of 10,000 hours of salt spray testing and display minimal evidence of corrosion creep in the scribe tests (Note: testing standards usually have a 600 – 1,000 hour salt spray (scribe testing) benchmark because the test is so destructive).

These remarkable results, in combination with our published case studies constitute an extensive body of evidence that you can rely on to deliver long-term corrosion protection.
